How it works

  1. You send photos

Poster wall, break room, front entrance, restroom doors, and the wall by the register. Phone photos are fine. We send a short shot list so you don't miss anything.

  2. We check each posting

Every poster gets matched against the current required list for South Carolina and the federal government, including revision dates. Entrance and restroom signs get checked against ADA basics.

  3. You get a fix list

A one-page report: what's fine, what's missing, what's outdated, and a link to the free official download or the sign you need. No jargon.

Questions

Do I really have to post these if I only have a couple of employees?

Yes. South Carolina's requirement kicks in at one employee, and the federal posters apply to nearly every business. A few, like FMLA, only apply above a headcount threshold, and the report tells you which ones you can ignore.

Can't I just buy a new all-in-one poster?

You can, and sometimes that's the right fix. But the state and federal posters are free downloads, and a laminated poster from a vendor can be out of date the day it arrives. The audit tells you whether you actually need to replace anything.

Is this a legal opinion?

No. It's a checklist comparison against published posting requirements, done carefully. It is not legal advice and doesn't cover licensing, permits, or employment law beyond what has to be on your wall.

What if my photos aren't good enough?

We'll tell you which shot to retake before we start. Most problems are glare on a laminated poster; tilting the phone slightly usually fixes it.

Do you come to the store?

No. Photos are faster for you and cheaper for everyone. If you'd rather have someone walk it in person, email and we'll quote it.
